  you mean vinyasa flow yoga? since you appear to live on the westside, you can try out exhale, santa monica yoga, and yoga works. but check their schedules because not all classes are flow-style.

    Thanks! I'm closer to the east side of LA though. I currently go to Annies Yoga in Van Nuys, I wanna find something closer to Pasadena area.

      if it's something in pasadena you're looking for, check out yoga house, on fair oaks near the 110 freeway, and insight yoga, near the memorial park stop on the MTA gold line.
